Over the last couple of days when I try to tune into a Sports programme I get a red band across the top of the screen with “Internet connection is lost”. There is absolutely no internet loss on any of my devices (iPad, iPhone) or partners iPad. Help please.
Is it only happening when attempting to tune into this particular Sports programme ?
If, so I don't use any Apple devices, but perhaps if you haven't done it already try switching off Broadband Buddy on your NOW online account.
