Internet/tv/WiFi isn’t working

Since Thursday my tv has been fuzzy and slow and pauses almost every 2 minutes so I can’t watch anything, this occurs with Netflix, sky, nowtv, bbciplayer the lot. I also can’t use my WiFi on my phone/laptop or computer as nothing loads!! I’ve turned the broadband box off for 20 minutes and back on again and the same thing happens. Please can you resolve my issue?

Are you using NowTV Broadband?

 

In which case, get in touch with them on the phone number in My Account/Broadband & calls , and look up changing address. That’s the right number to use even though you aren’t moving.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
