Internet speed is terrible.

Joined Now Broadband recently. It only works where the modem is. Have bought boosters and put upstairs but the speed is disgusting slow 1.07mbps at most from the bedroom. Cannot wait to cancel this broadband. I do not recommend this company.

And if you are getting below your minimum guaranteed speed contact the support team on 0330 041 2518 between 8:00am and 8:00pm.

To follow-up from the sound advice by @redchiz1 

Are your speeds poor over Wi-fi or Ethernet? If its the former then using the link provied by @redchiz1 split the bands.

Also how long have you been a customer for? Has it been 10 days?
