Internet problems 2019

I’m a 30 year old male yet the broadband won’t let me access certain sites how do I change this?

We cannot help you to access sites containing illegal material, nor those which breach copyrights.

 

However, if you can give some URLs for sites you cannot reach that do not involve the above, (i.e. there is some sort of glitch in your access) we can check if they should be available or not.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

When your NowTV Broadband is activated the NowTV Hub Router Broadband Buddy setting is defaulted to PG i believe.

 

To change the age rating or switch off the Broadband Buddy on your NowTV Hub Router (which i have done) then whilst logged in on here go to My Account > Settings & Pins.
