Internet not connected

My internet should have gone live yesterday but i plugged it all in only the WiFi light and the power light is on not the internet light I reset it lots of times still will not connect

When I was a Now TV broadband customer this is number I used to call them 0330 041 2460

My broadband and phone activation day was yesterday I tried to connect with the now hub several times without success and I contacted NowTV all it Said was don't connect your kit before broadband and phone go live please can someone explain what shall I do next
