Internet keeps disconnecting

My internet keeps disconnecting, sometimes several times a day. It reconnects by its self in less than a minute.

NowTV tell me I have too many devices connected to my router via WiFi. I have about 16 devices Inc WiFi lights, switches, TV and Alexa.

No one seems to be able to tell me how many devices the router can handle, which I know is now quite out of date and discarded by sky.

Internet searches say routers should be able to handle over 40 devices???

Can anyone advise if the disconnections are due to the number of devices or another issue???

Thanks

Call the broadband team again and request a engineer visit.
Within that visit, make sure they perform a full site investigation including the main feeding your line.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
