Internet is being weird

I can only go on some apps others just wont load but will send me notifications, on my PS4 it’s saying internet-failed connection. I’ve tried everything I can by resetting is turning it off and on. No use, help.

Is NowTV your broadband provider and if so are you using the nowtv hub router ?

I don't think this is relevant using nowtv parental controls, but check under My Account > Parental Controls that your broadband buddy settings are not causing some sort of blocking conflict with your internet Apps.
