Internet failiure

My internet has just gone. Says connected but no internet. Landline is working fine and the connection checker isn't working (just gives me an error message) can't get through on the phone and your chatbot sent me here.

I am currently working from home and need the connection back asap! Please can you let me know what is happening and when this will be resolved so I can report to my boss?!?!?!!!

You need to ring the NowTV Broadband helpline, as described here.

 

Only they have the tools to investigate this for you.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
