I been getting my internet with NOW for just over a year. All was fine until the last month or so when the internet keeps dropping out which makes working from home and watching TV difficult. It happens several times a day. I've used all the online tools and it says everything is fine but the problem still happens. I have a friend that has Sky internet and lives a few doors down from me (I understand NOW comes via Sky) and she is having the same issues. I am in West London if that is relevant.
Its got to the point where it is so frustrating that when I move house I will switch providers if it isn't fixed which I actually don't want to do!
Anyone having similar frustrations?
I tried reporting to NOW but they just emailed me asking me to do all the things I've already tried and saying there is no record of a problem
Assuming you have tried the old turn it off and on again?
Is the internet dropping out on Wi-fi or Ethernet or both?
