I live in Islington in London. Suddenly my internet is not working, I tried following the instructions at nowtv website, but it didn’t work. I have three lights on my router and the middle one is amber. When I checked the status it was red and said no broadband connection. Anyone can help?

Assuming you've tried resetting and also doing a factory reset to router (by holding the reset button for 15 seconds)?

Hi Muna,
I live in Finsbury Park in London and am experiencing the exact same issue! I’ve followed the instructions at nowtv website and spoke to the customer service team and they’ve identified this is an issue an engineer will need to look at. An engineer is booked but I’m wondering if this is a wider network issue in the north London area. Fo you know of anyone else in the North London Islington, Finsbury Park area also experiencing this?
