Internet down

Hi, our internet has gone down and I’ve gone through all the fixing solutions but it’s juat staying orange! Phone line ok, bills paid up to date. Any ideas most welcome.

Hi Krissie, 

 

Your service will be restored as soon as possible but just a suggestion, it is a good idea to say what part of the UK are you from so any other users can join your post preventing others from creating multiple messages containing the same information of the same fault. 

 

This way NowTV staff can also update just one feed making sure that everyone has been updated on the status of the fault.
