Day three now, no Internet. All Nowtv say "there is an Outage in your area and the Engineers are working on it" no details or contact or when available.
Terrible customer care and why is there so many outages in the country, not good enough.

That's up to OpenReach, NOW are completely reliant for the network being managed by OpenReach. 

Just keep pestering the broadband team until its sorted.
