Internet down.... Again!

Internet was fine up until around 1pm I then checked through nowTV which stated there's has been a problem with my line since 9am I can tell you it was fine until 1pm. Sick of this now i had no problems for over a year then I moved to Emerson Crescent at the end of last year & this is the 5th or 6th time this has happend since I moved in, starting to regret turning bt away at the door a couple of weeks back. All I'm going to say if this happens 1 more time I will be going else where. I don't have a tv licence cos live TV is absolute rubbish so I stream things & game, can't do either yet again staring at four walls, thanks again nowTV! 👍

Ranting on the forum is fine, however it won’t get it resolved. You have to call the broadband team to get any form of resolution.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
