Internet has gone down, service checker states that it cannot be fixed online and to call 0800 759 1177.
When you call the number it states it’s a known issue and to check this forum for more information.
I can’t locate any more information on the matter however, does anyone know where I can?

Are you based in the North West, Lancashire or Manchester area ?
If so there has been multiple outages since the hourly of this morning.
You have to call the broadband team for any updates.

Same here, since around midday I haven't had any service...
When will this be sorted?

I have no idea being a customer just like you.
Over on NOW and Sky Twitter they are saying that their Teams are trying to resolve it as soon as possible.
Same here. Can't seem to get an update from anywhere.

Mine is also down.
The NOW red service banner has just added this in the last couple of minutes.
this happens far too often. Can you ask the broadband team to stop directing callers to the forum? As we instantly point them in the direction of the broadband team.
It’s rather frustrating and to be honest it wastes everyone’s time. More so the users who are are trying to get their internet sorted.
Mine keeps going down then back online after a house move I’ve had nothing but issues and when you call I keep getting hung up on from there side
