Internet DOWN DOWN

Hi, 
 
So I am seeing this internet inconsistent issue for a while yet AGAIN. it's hampering my work. 
 
Question: WHY DO THE INTERNET CONNECTION DROPS OUT. 
 
I just can't believe this is happening. What seems to be the issue?
 
Since I know it's not the router. I see all three green lights on router but NO INTERNET. 
 
I have had enough of this guys. You will again give me same usual steps to check which I know is not the case however I still checked it.

Posting on here means noting when it comes to broadband as support NEVER come on and post on the forum. You need to call the broadband team. See link for number.
