Issue: NowTV router installed and there is no access to the internet.
Questions: can you access the internet through the NowTV router when the phone line hasn’t been activated? Trying to understand whether the internet and phone line are independent.
Previous provider is Virgin. The Virgin broadband is provided through a fiber optic cable (not the phone line). As the Virgin phone line is currently active, could this be the reason we can’t get the NowTV broadband to work through the Virgin phone line?
