Do a factory reset to the router. It is possible that the set up process has been given the wrong password.

If the reset, and/or a very careful look at possibly ambiguous characters in the password, together with getting upper case and lower case absolutely right, does not fix it, can you try connecting via WPS?

Or looking at the router settings in a browser on a PC or Mac wired by Ethernet May let you see what the router thinks the password is.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

If there is something in your password that looks like a lower caste L it might be an upper caste i. Try both. Had me confused for hours!

Nobody from that company here; we are all customers like yourself.

If you want to vent about this call Now Broadband.

In the unlikely event they take this on board, future customers will thank you for it.
