I can't send email from Outlook anymore - I thought it would fix itself but its been over a week.
I just get a message saying my IP address has been blacklisted by spamhaus.org - but when I got to that it says its to stop me running an email server myself (which I'm not, I'd have no idea how to).
So the only thing I can think is to change my IP address - I've tried rebooting but I get the same one again so that doesn't work.
Any ideas - I have the NowTV hub 2

Have you tried unplugging the power to the NOW Router for around 30 minutes, this should then automatically acquire a new IP address.
Worth a shot if you haven't tried it already.

To follow up from @schnapps when you say reboot, have you tried a factory reset to the router if that fails?
