So the internet has been going on and off all day but finally went down at around 23;00. While changing the DNS server was a temporary fix, all three lights are on but the internet light is amber. I dont know if its an issue with mine or if anyone is experiencing the same issues. Obviously there's no way to contact anyone about this issue as it only goes into a loop when you try to check the line. Can't check the line if the internet is down 😞
Posting on here means noting when it comes to broadband as support NEVER come on and post on the forum. You need to call the broadband team. See link for number.
