It says reply "YES" to confirm or "NO" to reschedule visit.
Ive tried replying but my phone says message failed.
Is there another way for me to confirm that I'm available on the agreed date?

Hi @Anonymous User I wouldn't worry about that. Only if a person selects 'No' then we would do somehting but if we don't get any answer it is assumed 'Yes'. Your appointment still stands 🙂

Why have they sent the text out in the first place then?! I've spent an hour this afternoon trying to confirm that my appointment still stands as I've not been able to reply 'YES'. So frustrating! Live Chat couldn't help (twice)... they tried to transfer me, but that didn't work. I'm now in a 15min. telephone queue. Not happy. Now TV response please... Should I have stayed with Virgin?
If I don't need to text 'YES' then please don't reques that I do...
I never use these forums, but so annoying....
