I paid for superfast broadband, getting 1.4mbps down and 1.5mbps up, which is not "superfast"

Thinking of cancelling Now broadband.

 

I paid for superfast but am getting 1.4Mbps down, and 1.5Mbps up. Terrible. I can't get through on the phone either, so how am I supposed to get this resolved?
