I give up - Now TV has way too many issues, and has had for years

Trying to watch the football right now - "we are having issues connecting with the servers".
I've reset my internet, every other website is working fine, my daughter is currently watching something on Disney Plus and that's fine, but Now TV won't work.
And after a month of complaining I still don't have my Watchlist back.
I am cancelling all my passes - this just isn't worth the hassle or the money.

The Mac Player was the issue tonight, but I'm having issues on the iphone and ipad apps too.
I give up though - already complained a number of times, but all I get is fobbed off.

I don't own a Mac or either an iPhone or IPad, but go into your Apple device settings and see if Private Relay is switched off.

Thanks - just checked and it’s on - but that would only effect Safari, and I use Google Chrome

What about the iPhone & iPad using the NOW App from the Apple iOS store with Private Relay switched off whilst using the NOW service ?

Does it work or not ?

Can't help much with regards to a Mac because i don't use a PC when watching NOW.

All my various streaming boxes and sticks are running fine when watching NOW Sports (currently watching PL football).
