I can't make telephone calls; I can receive them. It's a recurring issue and something that periodically repairs itself. Customer Services are utterly useless so far. I have spoken to them on numerous occasions and been unable to get any kind of sensible solution. Is there a chat or an email address to even contact them? Why do I have to ask for one?
