After setting-up my hub 2 box today, the only green color lights appeared in the box is power light and wireless light and the bloody internet light is not show-up whatsoever.
The customer service staffs were helpless, the engineer was not that professional and the whole now tv company did not care about your desperate situation during this pandemic period.
(by the way, its been almost a month now and the problem STILL not resolved yet...... I feel very very very frustrated and disappointed😭) Anyone help me????!!!!
There isn't much help I can provide, apart from keep calling the broadband team. The thing with NOW is they are fully reliant on OpenReach for setting up and maintaining the network.
So if I were you I would call daily until the situation is resolved.
