Hi
I've just has an engineer out who has told me to contact NowTV to request a new router as mine is an old model [Hub2] and running too slow.
I've spent the last TWO hours trying to find a number but there doesn't appear to be one!!!
In addition, the 'chat' box never has anyone there to speak with either!!
What a useless corporation this is????
Where is my monthly money going to? Because it is definitely NOT going towards any customer support!!!

The NowTV Hub 2 is their current model.
With regards to phoning the NowTV Broadband Team, there should be a few places on your NowTV on line account to find the telephone number to call them.
