How do you contact a person at NOWTV

Pulling my hair out - How on earth do you contact a person at NOWTV,  I do not see no contact numbers nor live chat just a ROBOchat thing?  I have gone through all the screens but absolutely nothing on contacting anyone.

Thanks but thats if i want to submit a complaint, I just want to speak to someone from NOW regarding my poor internet speed.

Ignore the Complaints link heading, where it will still get you through to the NOW Broadband Team.

Also you can find an alternative number under your My Account > Broadband & Calls section on your online account.
