How do I set up an answerphone on my NOW landline? When I joined I was told I could set this up once I was up and running. There appears to be no reference to calls or landline in the help section or in my account.

It works for me, and it describes the Voicemail (1571) feature. Try it again.

But is this what you mean by answerphone?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Thanks. Yes, i mean the voicemail. have tried again and in different browsers, but doesn't work
