Can anyone help me contact NOW TV to log the fact that I have no dial tone on my line. The same is true for my parent's NOW TV service, but other services using a BT line seem to be unaffected. The lines are fine and the broadband is working but both addresses have not had dial tone for at least 2 days!
I have searched the site for a meaningful contact email address or telephone number, but nothing other than the general customer service email address to which my parents have already sent an unresolved email.

@gavs82008 Thank you for your response. I did try a couple of links for similar problems as I was typing but they lead to pages that were no longer there.
I appreciate the link that you sent as it gives a contact number for an agent despite my problem not being a broadband complaint. I did not expect to have to resort to joining a community to find details that should be easily accessible on NOW TV's official website.
