I just switched from Sky to NOW for broadband/calls and made it clear that I wanted to keep my telephone number but had a letter from Sky today and apparently they are going to re-allocate my number. This is my contact number as I don't carry a mobile so it's imperative I get what I asked for or no point moving provider! Can't get hold of anyone and scared to lose number. Please someone reading this give me some way to urgently contact!!!!
