Home visit booked for broadband next week - Lockdown?



I have received the device as expected and I have the visit to install this organised for the this still happening? 


I need to work from home due to the situation so I am urgently needing Wifi. If the visit is not happening could I please have communication? I would like to cancel this contract if it can not be setup up Monday as the reason I brought this was so that i could work from home.   


I reached your advisers before the lockdown and in my 14 day cool off window... I was looking to cancel if it couldn't be installed shortly as I urgently needed the service and they said everything was fine if I could wait till the I can not reach anyone and it says your chat service is down due to the Virus situation so i'm very concerned.
