Hive - won't connect to Now TV internet

I cannot get my Hive to connect to my Now TV internet - i have read there is a historic issue here......does anyone have any solutions barring switching provider

Bit of a long shot, but have you gone into your Nowtv Broadband account on here under Settings and played around with Broadband Buddy.

Maybe experiment with Broadband Buddy switched off. 

Other than that try giving the NowTV Broadband Team a call for further assistance.

My Hive Hub connects to NOW TV Fab Fibre without any problem but I do have BroadBuddy set to OFF as @schnapps has suggested

i - have looked at this and the Buddy is OFF so cant be this  - - very frustrating

OK wasn’t aware of any known issue with usingvHive on NOW Broadband, so can you give a bit more detail about what happens when failing to establish a connection to help diagnose what the problem might be, eg any error message(s)?

I think Hive has been a bit iffy today. Mine wouldn't connect for 7 hours (BT Broadband). Might just be a coincidence. But working ok now.
