I am having issues with my internet dropping, quite regularly and getting more frequent. I have a 2 and a half year old Hub 1 which is hot to the touch and wanted to change to a Hub 2 to see if this was more stable. I have not been able to find a telephone number to ring.
Please could someone provide a number on which I can speak to someone other than NOWbot?

A couple of customers reckon that the NowTV Hub 1 Router is better than the NowTV Hub 2 with regards to WiFi performance.
I have been using the Hub 2 for over two years with no complaints at my end.
