Hi I have now TV broadband and calls had it a good few years but never had an house phone plugged in up until the other day and I don't have a dail tone, wondering if someone could help me with please.. 


Are you connecting your handset to the master socket, or at an extension? Are you using a microfilter, or is the socket pre-filtered with separate connectors for phone and broadband? Does your master socket have a test socket? Is your broadband working OK?

Am using a microfilter that now TV sent and yes my broadband is working fine
