Help - broadband (WAN) disconnecting/reconnecting

Broadband can be fine for hours, and then have multiple drops every few minutes (WAN disconnect/reconnecting) - see extracts from activity log below.

(During the up-periods, it is actually up and working, but can go down a few minutes later  -see below)

Looks like there was a cluster of them at a similar time yesterday too.

Can someone help or advise please?

Thanks.

Sure. the broadband support number is still manned and working, so call that.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Still happening a few times a day.

Is there anyone out there that can help? Is there any way to speak to NOWTV support during the pandemic?
