Help! Broadband

Can someone please help. I opened an account yesterday for broadband as an interim solution whilst we wait for our usual suppliers lines to be fitted. It said the service would go live next week.
I then had an email saying it wouldn’t be until the next week, which basically means it’s not suitable for my needs and I want to cancel.
Also when trying to finalise my account set up its saying some of the details are wrong (they’re not) so I’m not able to set up the account to cancel through there.

Please can someone tell me how to cancel my order. Thank you.

If you go to My Account > My Package on here, under moving house there should be a telephone helpline number for nowtv broadband customers.

 

Perhaps give the broadband team a call and explain the reason why you wish to cancel.
