The engineer didn’t show up today to activate my broadband, and I have been waiting for activation for over a month, as my initial activation date was the 8th of December last year.
I am not getting any updates from either NOW or Openreach. I need to know why the engineer didn’t come today, what is the technical problem of the activation, when will I finally get my broadband activated.
I couldn’t wait for another month or another week, as I really really need the Internet in order to study and work. It is really causing me a lot of trouble while I didn’t have the Internet for the past month. if it is not activated tomorrow, can I get my refund? So that I can get purchase another company’s broadband membership.

I feel for you I do, however to get anywhere you will need to hound the broadband team until they can resolve it.
