HD boost stopped working

Hi, I have Samsung Qled tv for some reason the hd boost has stopped working I've gone from 7835 to 4831.

I've checked

HD boost pass active

Logging in & out of account

Turning tv off & on at mains

Wifi speed excellent (Amazon app 4k programs all work)

It was working great for the last 3 weeks but now has stopped only coming on very randomly on series that was displaying HD. Any help be appreciated or I have to cancel all passes. Seems to be no way of contacting Now TV .

Hi, Thanks for that reply & link so it seems the problems at now tv end.

May be due to new lockdown & there overloading with people trying to view content. 

Not the greatest customer service 👎
