I am assuming it's when streaming NOW content with your TV Membership ?
If so, what is your playback device and is it happening on all NOW content you watch or a certain particular TV show or movie ?
Should you be using an external device connected with a HDMI cable, then try temporary unplugging both the streaming device and television at the mains, try a different HDMI port on the television and restart television and streaming device.
