Go live

My go live date was yesterday and on my track my order it’s still saying do not set up kit yet, my kit is set up as my date was yesterday but no internet. I’m a bit frustrated because I have no TV no internet and I’ve already spent a fortune on phone data because everything is online these days 😞

All I can suggest is call the broadband team. No-one on here can help as broadband support never post, it’s just likewise customers.

I’ve called and they said hopefully it should set up today (even tho the go live date was yesterday) but if it doesn’t someone is coming out Tuesday to look at my master socket. Thing is when I look on my orders or try and test my line it says still waiting for it to be completed so I have no idea what’s going on
