Go live date was yesterday still no Internet

Hi, I was checking if Now has a good reputation of keeping up with deadlines? I was wondering why my Internet is not live yet. It was supposed to go live yesterday but still I don't have Internet. Tried everything they mentioned in the forums but no success. Its very frustrating because sometimes I havr to work from home and the mobile Internet is not fast to have uninterrupted teams calls. Should I give up and move to another supplier?

You need to call the broadband team to get it sorted. No broadband issues relating to your go live dat will be resolved on here.

What you also need to bear in mind is that NOW rely 100% on OpenReach for setting up and maintaining the network.
