Last time it took them 4 months to get my wifi working!!!!!!!!
Probably a delay by Openreach. You will need to get on to the broadband team directly to find out what's going on, NOW won't respond here. Try the complaints number on 0800 759 1213.
Openreach text me yesterday saying that the engineer had been out to the line

have to sit on hold for over 30 minutes haha, they must think people do nothing all day!
