Frequent Internet outages - how to get in touch?

Does anyone know of a phone number I can use to speak to Now Broadband?

I appreciate their model is based upon low customer interaction but that's not particularly helpful when you've an intermittent internet supply and work from home on a regular basis.

(I'm talking several times a day, with each being anything between several seconds up to an hour)

The only option I can think of is to cancel my direct debit in the hope it motivates some interest.

Thank you for your help.

Have you done a search on the forum? There are plentiful threads with the number.

Check the link below nonetheless.

Have you done the standard troubleshooting from this link? Make sure you check the status of your line and do a factory reset.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Don't do that, the most likely result is a poor credit score, and possibly bailiffs.
