Frequent Drop Outs

I have had broadband with NOW for 4 months and the internet regularly drops out - all my devices are unable to have access to internet when this happens. When it happens, there is no internet access for a few minutes, then it comes back by itself.

The line test says there's no issues with my line. Resetting the modem never stops it from happening, and it is unpredictable when it does it.

It happens even when the only devices connected to my modem are my Sonos speaker and my phone.

Any chance this can be resolved?

You won't get any form of staff giving updates on here in relation to broadband. It has never happened in my time of using the forum.

Below are some standard things you can and probably have done before calling the team.

Have you done a factory reset to the router indicated in the link below?https://help.nowtv.com/article/improve-broadband-speed

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
