Frequent Broadband Issues

A few days ago an engineer was called out to fix my constant broadband issues (0.4MBPS Down 1.0 Up) and after he left, it seemed fine, still rather slow but it was better than completely useless. Now it’s just back to completely useless, no matter how far or close I am to the router, and showing no signs of any issues on the router itself. (All 3 lights green) Please help fix this!

You need to keep calling broadband support. Hopefully NOW can get it sorted for you.

NOW rely on OpenReach for getting the network up and running as well as maintaining it.

Your best to keep pestering broadband support.
