Flashing orange internet light

Hi All,

My internet keeps cutting out. It has been doing this regularly for the past few weeks. I loose connection and the green internet light on my hub turns orange and starts flashing for a few minutes before it reconnects. Could anyone please help me out with this error please? It's becoming very difficult to work from home at the moment.

I am guessing you have tried double checking the wiring between the Router and BT Telephone socket ?

Also try pressing the reset button on the back of the Router for about 10 seconds.

If none of the above helps, then phone the NowTV Broadband Team.

Do you have their telephone number ?

I am also experiencing this issue and have gone around in circles trying to find a contact phone number online. (Online chat isn't available right now either).
