Good Morning,
I am not getting my minimum guaranteed speed on my FTTC connection i am on 80/20, min guaranteed speed is 58 i am getting a sync speed just below 50 and slowly dropping, Its plugged into my master socket, I have left the router off for a few hours to reset the sync but has made no difference.
Without being able to chat to now tv, how do i get the SNR reset on my line? or get this investigated?
