Hi, I've recently changed over from Brilliant Broadband to Fab Fibre but my internet still seems just as slow..
I've tried a few speed check tests online from different sites that all tell me the same that my speed is around 20 - 25 mbps which is exactly the same as my standard old broadband..
I've been in contact with Now broadband which are saying my speed is at 40mbps but I'm not convinced this is correct.
I only have one device connected to the internet which is my laptop..
Anyone else had a similar problem?
