External Issue

Hi,

 

I'm hoping someone can help or give me an idea of how long this takes, my go live date was yesterday all done with out me being there as i didn't need an engineer to visit set up the hub ans the internet light was orange called them up and they are saying there is an external fault that needs fixing was organically told this takes 3 days but will probably be done this morning. Got up no internet still called them again today now I'm being told this takes 3-5 days for someone to fix it has anyone else had this happen? does it really take that long?

Yes I’m currently having problems was meant to go live 20/09/19 and still not on but they was quick enough to take money and not attempt to contact me!!! So 2 failed engineer appointments on there part and apparently network issues line dropping well shouldn’t they have checked this before taking payment. Then told it’s another 3-5 days but might be 3 well think watchdog needs telling. Cos it should be sorted within 24hrs
