Existing box

I already placed an order for broadband and received a box however there was an error on now tv’s part so they had to cancel and told me to reapply but it wants me to pay for another box, is there anyway I can keep my existing box that’s unopened and already paid for and re set up the broadband?

Get onto the broadband support team by calling 0330 332 3050, you won't get a response from them on here I'm afraid.
