Hi, just purchased a monthly pass with NOW TV but when i go to play a video i get a error message saying ' Slow Network - NOW TV requires a fast and reliable internet connection'
I am with Virgin Media on 100mbps!
This is a joke!

Hi, I've the same problem. It only seems to work late at night! Have you had any luck fixing it? I tested my speed and I'm regularly on 45mbps. Netflix and Prime work fine.
